Our promise

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to decide whether Gelacept is right for you. We ask that you use it for at least 30 days first. Then contact customer care inside the 60 days and the team will explain the refund steps.

How to ask

2. Add your order number and checkout email.
3. Follow the instructions you receive.
